Efficient CMDB and Network Management

Many organizations who adopt the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) best practice framework incorporate a Configuration Management Database (CMDB, or Asset Register) into their IT infrastructure.

Generic connectors are available that allow users to extract data from any SQL database or CSV file. The unique open architecture provides the freedom to develop connectors for custom-built asset discovery and network management tools.
